Protecting your USB drives from Virus infections

Here I’m explaining a simple method to protect your pen drives from infecting the autorun.inf viruses. To protect your removable media you need to create a folder named AUTORUN.INF. If you are having a directory named AUTORUN.INF the virus cant write the autorun.inf virus to it because it cant overwrite the AUTORUN.INF because it is a directory. You can create a AUTORUN.INF directory by Start -> Run and enter ‘cmd’. Then type E: if your removable drive is E (else type accordingly). Type MD\AUTORUN.INF

Hope this works fine……….Thanxxx….
